Tier1 General Extension

Hi,

I am planning to go for Tier1 extension in Jan2013. I am working as a contractor and director of my own limited company. Just wanted to know if it mandatory to show myself as 100% shareholder or can i add my wife as share holder as well. So far i am the sole share holder, but my accounant advised that i can add my wife as share holder so that i can save some tax. If i add my wife as a share holder does it cause any problem to the visa?
