Tier 2 ICT Dependent Extension

Hi,

I am in Tier 2 ICT long term visa and I came to UK in March, 2010. So My visa will expire in March, 2013. My current employer processed her Tier 2 ICT dependent visa. She recently switched from Tier 2 ICT Dependent Visa to Tier 2 General Visa. By looking her passport, We saw Tier 2 ICT Visa had not cancelled.

Now, I am applying for Tier 2 ICT extension for my employer.
Can she apply for Tier 2 ICT extension along with me?
Anyway she will continue work with her Tier 2 general Visa. But If we get ICT extension for her, it will be smoother to apply ILR later point. Please advise.
