Work Status while waiting decision pending for Tier 1 Enterp

Hi,
Can any one please suggest if I can continue to work while I am waiting for my decision from UKBA on my Tirer 1 Enterpreneur application?
I applied on 14th DEc 2012. That was delivered to UKBA on 17th Dec. As of now, the VISA fees has not been deducted from my Credit Card. My VISA is expiring on 31/01/2013.
If I won't be able to get any confirmation before expiry of my PSW VISA, can I continue to work as usual till I will hear the decision?
Please suggest.

Yes, until you hear from Home Office about an outstanding application, Your previous status will count. So yes, you can work until your Leave to remain for Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) is approved.

Hi I am agreed with you "therock" but I was just wondering as you are already working and in the mean time you get the outcome of Tier1, how could you just leave the job at same day because you may have to give at least 4 weak notification to your current employer before you quit?
