business visa to tier 2 general

Hi All,
I would like to know if I come to UK on business visa and stay for 6 months with multiple entry inbetween and if my employer decides to transfer me to UK office under tier2 general immediately after my business visit is over, is this possible?

My employer has tier-2 General sponsorship license in UK.

No.

You will have to go back to your Home country and apply for Tier 2
