Fast track service for PSW dependant visa

Fast track service for PSW dependant visa

Can someone tell me if VFS fast track service is available for PSW dependant visa from India. On VFS website it says "Customers may request this service if they are applying for a visitor visa (excluding student visas)"
So does this mean a dependant can apply through fast track?

Priority applications are with regard to visit visas and your wife is not applying for a visit visa.
