T2 ICT LONG TERM first entry in 2008... eligible for ILR?

Hi

I entered in UK on 10 June 2008 with initial WP from my compnay, first visa issued on 30th May 2008 in India and valid for 2 years which was till 30th May 2010, Company extended it for one more year T2 ICT LONG term until 30th May 2011, then extended 18 more months T2 ICT LONG TERM until 30th NOV 2012, now extended 6 more months same T2 ICT LONG term till 30th May 2013( I am not sure why Company did only for 6 months).

I am in the same company, same client, same job... till now.

am I eligible for ILR? if yes what sort of documents i need to produce?
