How long have you been together?

How long has the married lasted?

You may need to seek legal advice.

Your application should not be rejected on the basis of difficulties in your relationship.

I believe there is a one year period of marriage before divorce could be applied for, so you could be fine.

Well you may be fine, depending on the length of her employment, and whether she will be seeking work after her employment, whether she was on fixed contract, and whether she stopped working or was dismissed, are all factors to be determined, before one can confidently say you will be fine.

This is a pretty complex area, which UKBA might want to exploit. You have to try and resolve things.
