If employer does not renew license-Existing Tier-2 Migrant

Hi everybody.

If a PBS migrant on Tier-2 Leave to remain and question is If the employer does not renew license then what happen to Existing Tier 2 migrant whether his leave to remain valid until its expiry date or leave to remain revoked immediately?

You have to either find new sponser within 60 days or leave the country. Discretionary curtailment reasons under paragraph 323A
