Irish visa from Pakistan

Hi

I am a British citizen with a job offer in Dublin. How can my wife join me in Ireland from Pakistan as spouse of an EU National exercising treat rights. How long does it take to process. what docs required. Where will my wife have to send her passport and other docs. I appreciate your response. many Thanks
