Tier 1 Dependent

Tier 1 Dependent

Hi guys... my wife is going to apply for Tier 1 (General) dependent visa soon (outside UK - from India). As this forum has always been quite supportive in past i thought i will check once before applying as we all get really good advices here.

1) VAF10 form completed.
2) My Salary Slips (3 Months Sep/Oct/Nov)
3) Employer letter stating my anual salary and employment.
4) Rent agreement (Starting in Jan 13)
5) Bank Statements (3 Months)
6) Bank letter detailing my minimum balance (11Sep to 11Dec)
6) Cover letter.
7) TB Medical certificate (for later use)
8) Demand Draft for application fees.

If i am missing something then please let me know.

Secondly if i apply in start of January 2013 will my salary slips will still be valid or i need to get salary slips/bank statements for Dec too.

8) What is this?

But missing is your marriage certificate and proof of contact since that union took place?

Your Passport copy and Visa copy,and marriage certificate.....????

Sorry i forgot to mention Passport and BRP photocopy. I will be submitting marriage certificate too.

Do i really need to submit proof of contact as i recently got married on 29th Oct 2012.

Demand Draft is a mode of payment for fees.
