Main applicant employment details

Hi, I am filling the online dependent visa form .There is a section to enter employment details where I have to fill the job title,employer name, start date and finish date, company telephone number,company address .I am running a limited company with my residence address as registered company address and recently started new contract.

I am totally confused what needs to fill in the employment details.Do I need to mention my limited company name and job title as director or should I provide the client site address details than I am working.?

I have to apply visa urgently and would be grateful if you clarify this.
