Checklist for set(0) with lost passport

[UKIlr2012]

Guys please comment if I need more documents. Applying for ILR HSPM+ Tier 1 at the end of the month

Appointment letter and Set(O) form
Covering letter detailing the breakdown of points claimed
Passport current and copy of lost (expired passport)
Police reports confirming this
TOC i,e. BRP
12 Months Bank Statement
52 Weeks payslips as I get paid weekly
SAR
HSMP and Tier 1 Approval and switch over letters
2 Photographs
Employeer letter

I was also not employeed for 4 months during my 5 years so will that be any problem or how should I explain this

Please advise and suggest.
