Switching from Tier 1 PSW to Tier2

Hello,

I am in Tier 1 PSW and I have only 5 months to expire my visa. Now I got an offer from a company but can I switch to Tier 2 with out doing Market test or 6 months employment is a must before applying to tier...? I have only 5 months left so what to do?

UKBA removed 6months requirment in July 2012.

You are exempted from Resident Market Labour Test even if you have not worked for the employer.
