Paternity leave

Post by darknsinful » Tue Dec 25, 2012 12:41 am

Hi

Does anyone know if a person(father) on tier 1 general can take paternity leave and would just an employer letter be enough to confirm that the employee took paternity leave for 6 weeks+4 weeks annual leave?

Yes, as long as it is statutory paternity pay involved.
Please do not send me PM if I haven't sent you one yet.

I think you should contact your employer, for example the pay office if they have one.
