ILR after an EEA

Post by akambani » Tue Dec 25, 2012 2:49 am

Hello
I've got few questions and would appreciate if someone could assit me with the following situation.
I got married to an EU citizen for over 14 years in africa, but it is only 2years ago that I have submitted my documents to the Home Office and I have got a 5 years visa that will expired in 3 years time. I am working and I do not depend on anyone.
question1: Would it be better to apply NOW for an ILR ?
question2: If a seperation occurs before the end of my 5 years, what will be my situation in the UK?
question3: What would be my options to remain legal in the UK after a seperation?
Hope to hear from you soon.
Many Thanks.
