Post by kash_hash » Tue Dec 25, 2012 11:20 am

hello guys merry christmas to everybody, I have a quick question, how many days does tribunal 1 take to respond, My spouse visa was refused on 17 dec so i have been served with refusal and deportation order, deadline for both is 3rd january, i have already applied for the appeal on 18 dec, what will be the process from here, one more question how home office will know that i have appealed.

thank you in advance

Usually it takes a out 2 to 3 weeks for a letter from tribunal to give you a deadline which is about 19 weeks...
I'm not sure if your tribunal is for something other than spouse issue....
The tribunal are very behind at the moment and I would seriously tell you to call them up n see how behind they are I know two weeks back they were 7 weeks behind...
If you have a deportation order then you need to get a solicitor to Stop it for you. Sid a solicitor help you with tribunal paper work... Because he can show home office you have an appeal....
It really depends on your case.
application @ ISL 13/01/2012
returned 30/03/2012 Refused app
applied for appeal in uk 19/04/12
deadline given 05/11/2012
Court date: 10 jan 2013
call letter: 08/03/2013
visa stamped?
