Work permit in the Netherland

Hi,
Can someone tell me the rules for getting the work permit in the Netherland? Here is my situation: I am an EU citizen (non-Schengen...I am from Romania) I am married and my wife (romanian citizen) has allready obtain a dutch work permit. She will start work in Rotterdam in early january. Is there any law that grants me a work permit also on the basis that she allready has one? She is a medic and I am an Oracle consultant.
