Urgent Help Pl...

Hi I'am new to this forum, I'am applying for ILR I'am currently on employer sponser work permit, I'am main applicant and Ive got 3 dependents.( 1 + 3 )
In SET 0 form section 10 question 13 says
Dependants and applicants under the age of 16
If the applicant or any dependant included included on this application is under the age of 16 please
complete questions 13, 14, 15 and 16. If not please go to question 17.
13. Is the applicant/dependant
16 years old or more - go to question 17
Less than 16 years old - go to question 14

So My question is do I ave to ignore this section and go to section 17
as my 2 kids are under 16.
any help much appreciated.
