residental time

my friend applied ilr april 2008 and he got his ilr june 2010
on basis of kids born in uk
before april 2008 his status was overstayed
so when he can apply for naturilisation

What do you mean he got ILR based on his kids? What was his immigration status before?that? Illegal? Did he hold DLR?

First ever he applied on April 2008 ever

So he can apply for naturalisation 5 year from when he applied for ILR (based on 14 years illegal stay) - April 2013.
