Yes. You can.

Just add a cover letter with your application to explain the funds are held in two accounts.
Also provide Letter from foreign bank that how much money is held and its transferable in UK.

sorry to bother you again, if I have £50,000 in joint uk bank account with my team member do I still need letter from bank? or do I need any sort of declaration done from solicitor etc to confirm we both have same excess to the money? or having funds in joint account meet this requirements?

Also my team member is my brother and we both have psw visa so that wont be a problem either?

Its OK.

If your funds are held in UK, Joint Bank Account with your team member then you do,nt need any Declaration or need to go to a solicitor.

However as far as i know you will not be able to get both names on Bank statement.
To get both names on bank statement there are 2 options.

1. Get 2 bank statements printed in branch. 1 with your name and 1 with your brothers name on it. (Also it has to be on letter head and stamped by bank. If bank won,nt give you letter than let me know. i won,t charge you anything but will tell you the way.)

2. Get a letter from bank stating that MR ABC & XYZ held joint Account No 000 00 000 Sort Code 00 00 00. ( if bank can also mention the balance its fine if they do,nt its still fine.

One thing more brother Regarding you were angry about contract, hope you have read my reply post. you Posted 143 comments asking question or answering few but i have posted 195 comments answering questions.

Thanks for your advise which is highly appreciated I will request and bank statements tomorrow and will also request bank to give me a letter. (If I can get one fair enough if not than will definitely contact you regarding this)


and secondly, Brother I wasn't angry at all and if my comments hurt you or anyone else in this forum as I am not here to get angry, hurt others and fight with anyone I am just here like any other person who is here to share knowledge and experience with each other which will help us in processing visas etc ......

Also I have never question your capabilities, experience and advise and have always gave importance to your comments like any other person on this form and like you said you have answered 195 and I have posted 143 so I am no where near your experience.

regarding contract I have put this question several times on this forum and I am still stuck at same stage but hopefully I will get over and done with soon.

once again if my comments or remarks was upsetting to you or anyone else regarding contract or anything else I apologise from bottom of my heart.

If you need help on contract let me know but please do,nt ask me for template. just tell me the nature of your business and i will e mail you one. the reason i do,nt give template is people will start doing copy past and it will end up 100,s of same contracts in 100 application and all stuck in H.O.
