Enterpreneur Visa UKBA (Urgent Action Required Please)

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am applying for entrepreneur visa from Pakistan. I have already arranged £100,000 in my personal bank account in Pakistan. My brother lives in England and he is willing to start business with me. Obviously he has already arranged separate £100,000 in England. I am getting my brothers help as third party for my initial application. I was student in England last year. I have my personal running UK bank account as well. I just need to ask couple of questions regarding my application. Urgent action required please as everything is ready for submission process.

1) Can i use my brother(Third party) UK bank statement of remaining £100,000 and all other evidences needed for my application....??

OR

2) Can i use my UK bank account statement if my brother deposit that £100,000 in my UK bank account....??

3) If both options does not apply for my application then what should be the best option according to my circumstances.....??

I think you should choose option 1 as option 2 is not suitable for you, unless you have Valid visa which i do,nt think so you have.

Many Thanks Shokat for your reply. Actually i have UK student visa till 2015 but i had to come back for personal reason and left my course. Do you think it is suitable if i choose option 1...??

Hi Yasir,

Option 1 sound good as long as you have all the required documents than nothing to worry go with option 1 in my opinion but wait for experts advise.

Sorry i did,nt knew that you still have valid visa. in this case option 1 sounds good but i would,nt personally advise because of 2 reasons.

1, As soon as your brother will transfer huge amount in your account, bank will block your account and before the funds can release bank will ask you to come into branch and explain where money came from. worst scenario they can close the account but release the money. if all this happen during your visa is in process then result could be different.

2. For GOD forbidden if your visa is refused how your brother will be able to transfer this amount.

Above all are just the things which could happen.
