Please check para 66 of the T2 policy guidance regarding the requirements for the skill level and appropriate pay for your new job.
My question is, Will I still be eligible for ILR in 2015 even if I changed employment. Yes
My worry is because of the new UKBA rules that came out last April 2011 re: ILR requirements (i.e. 1 year cooling off period/ 35,000 per annum salary).
You must have continuous leave in the UK for 5 years, the cooling-off period would only apply if you let your leave lapse and applied for entry clearance from abroad. The £35k salary threshold only kicks in for applications on or after 6 April 2016

It is for the sole reason that I will be applying AFTER April 2011 to change my employment so I am worried that this new law will affect my eligibility for settlement on 2015.. Hopefully you can help me on this one. Thank you so much and Happy New Year! Happy New Year to you, too
