Tier 2 Checklist

Dear Senior members

I have recently joined a company as marketing and sales manager on Dec 1

Now i am applying to switch from PSW TO TIER2. I have PEO appointment in first week of january


Checklist so far
Application form
Payslip for dec
Degree certificate
Passport
BRP card
2photos

Please can some one clear my confusion with the following

I have been issued a cos from 4 jan 2013 (Will this creat any confusion with my start date on contract as it will 1 dec 2012 ? )

SECTION M: Salary excluding allowance and In COS it is including allowance but UKBA the both should match ..how ?

I am not sure if i was suppose to register with police . How can I find that out I have very less time ? Will that trigger on UKBA system when i make a new application if i did not register with police..
