non-receipt of acknowledgement letter

Hi folks,

I applied for ILR set(O)on 13-11-12. Payment was taken on 15-11-12 and i am still waiting for acknowledgement letter from UKBA. I have checked this forum and people have got the acknowledgement letter in a week's time. I also sent letter chasing receipt of acknowledgement letter but still no reply. Dont know what to do next????

Any suggestion will be helpful.

You can do nothing more than wait.

You are not the only person in this situation. However, It is evident from the payment that your application is with them and the payment department has already processed the payment.

Your acknowledgement letter might be struck some where before dispatching.
You shall be getting your biometrics in the 2nd week of January from my experience hopefully.
