Facing difficulties to book online appointment... plz help

Post by adl » Thu Dec 27, 2012 3:38 pm

Hi

I am trying to book online appointment for Tier 1 (General) and used different dates during Jan or Feb 2013 but following messages come up.

“If you have been unsuccessful in finding an avaliable appointment, please do not call our contact centres. They do not have any additional appointments avaliable to them[/b]

“Due to technical reason you cannot book appointment please try again later”

I have tried several time during the day but same message come up again and again.

Could you please let me know is there any specific time when you can book appointment, I mean during midnight etc.

Hi
Try booking using a desktop at midnight if you haven't done so already. Did work for me after continuously looking for appointment for over two weeks, decided to change from laptop and tab to desktop and was able to book appointment.
Good luck

I don't think the type of computer makes a difference - it's just a case of how quickly you can enter your details and that of your dependants. The UKBA site goes down for about 2-3 minutes every minute at midnight, so you need to work within those slots.

(I managed to book my appointment on a laptop).

it is totally the matter of luck, the appointments all over UK are about 70 a day and demand is quite high, so web server goes down so quick.
