Change of Circumstance Form

Hi All,

I recently found MCC form in UKBA website. It said it is for applications made after July 2010. I arrived in the UK in Feb 2010.

The information in the form is a bit confusing. It said that migrant must inform the UKBA about changes before or after application decision. They meant by application, leave to remain application or any application (even out country)?

During the last three year, I changed address some times and never used this form but always informed the police. I am going to apply for extension in Jan 2013. Then, it will make any problem as no where in the visa or application form or guidance I was asked to report to the UKBA changes in the circumstances.
