ILR - Any thoughts please - Criminality check

Hi Folks

ILR is fast approaching and i am having a PEO appointment in couple of weeks time.

I was stopped by a Community support officer for cycling on the footpath.

It was that i ddn't get off when i came out from underpass.

He just cautined me and took my details and said there will be no fine but be careful in future!

Any thought if i need to declare this?

oh are you really worried about this? Don't worry you will be ok. It wouldn't effect your ILR.
