if child was born before your husband become British your child is`t British yet so you can`t apply for his passport. you will have to register child first using MN1 form, and than apply for his passport. let us know if IPS kept the passport fee for unsuccessful passport application.renu wrote:dina123 wrote:Hi everyone

I only sent birth certificate and my husband naturalisation certificate.coz his passport, marriage certificate and other documents r in home office for my eea 4 application.boloney wrote:you will, my kids have passports using the same route.renu wrote:Thanks, happy new year boloney...I will let u know if we receive his passport
I had PR before they were born. As long as he was born in the UK you are ok.
you may need his current passport. or thats may delay the application. when I applied for my son passport countersignee did`t provide his passport number on the form and that delayed application for about 2-3 weeks.renu wrote:I only sent birth certificate and my husband naturalisation certificate.coz his passport, marriage certificate and other documents r in home office for my eea 4 application.boloney wrote:you will, my kids have passports using the same route.renu wrote:Thanks, happy new year boloney...I will let u know if we receive his passport
