Just once but there is different levels, first is the ECM review, then if that does not overturn it there is the 1st tier, then the upper tier, then you can take it to judicial review. How much time and money do you have to waste?

Seems you have to take it to court of appeal before judicial review

"In certain circumstances, either party to the appeal may challenge the decision of the Upper Tribunal by way of appeal to the appropriate court. A Decision of the Upper tribunal may be appealed to the Court of Appeal. The grounds of appeal must always relate to a point of law. However, an appeal will not be allowed if it is classed as 'excluded' on the face of the Act or in any order made by the Lord Chancellor."

Remember though your not the only one who can appeal a decision at any stage and the UKBA can appeal a decision to overturn their original decision.
