Graduate Petroleum Engineer Job and Tier 2 Sponsorship

I seriously need a solution as my visa runs out end of Jan 2013. I'm a recent graduate wit Distinction in M.Sc. Petroleum & Gas Engineering from a UK University. My discipline is among Job Shortage list in UK but i'm finding it difficult to get companies to view my CV. I'm very experienced in reservoir flow modelling in porous and tight reservoirs especially in enhanced oil recovery projects.
I need advise on agencies or contract that can keep me in UK while developing and advancing in my carrier objective.
