ILR Applicant - criminalty check

i will be applying for ILR in feb 2013 but i am worried about the penalty i got from court for carrying invalid oyster card on the tube last year....
i had invalid oyester card and TFL given me a penalty from court .. any one have any idea what will happen in this case please

According to new rules released on 13 Dec. 12, You must be clean within 24 months from the date of application..you need to check your record.

Worth mentioning here how much were u fined? Any other penalty?
What does invalid Oyster card mean ? Was it without balance or was it a fake card or something?
