Application via human rights

Post by Romoyibo » Sun Dec 30, 2012 11:16 am

I am Nigerian man, I have a British daughter who is 18 months old and a British wife. I have applied for a visa, my wife meets all the new criteria.
My first application was refused with the reason that I am not the sole career for my daughter. I look after my daughter daily as my wife works full time.
How long will I have to wait? We sent the application in September.
Thanks

It appears the first application was on the basis of Zambrano.

What was the basis of the second application. You have to note that there is no set time to deal with Article 8 Application. It may take longer to process, and in the event of refusal, there is no right of appeal, except if there is a removal direction.
