Am I eligible to apply for naturalisation on Feb !!!!!?

Hi Dear Everyone,i would like to apply for BC on Feb as no EEA Family of EEA Citizen who acquire his PR after divorce his eea family,this is my timeline:

Feb 2007 married to EEA Citizen.
sept 2010 start divorce
Dec 2010 divorce to EEA Citizen
March 2011 retain right of residence (ROR)
Feb 2012 apply for PR
Aug 2012 acquire PR
I got all the documents needed (the same ones I sent for my PR)
what you reckon? I don't want to wait till Aug for apply,thank you in advance.

Yes you can.

You will need to provide all the EEA4 evidence. I suggest you explain your situation in a cover letter and explain that the HO have confirmed your PR based on this evidence which was submitted in February. It just took the HO 6 months to process it due to backlog.

I'm on progress to fill AN application and I'm stack with part 2.4
exercising treaty right
Q please state on what basis you were in UK for the last 6 years
shall i state my ex wife treaty right for the 3 years and half then my treaty right after that.
(3.5 years married+1.5 years retain right after divorce+7 month with PR sticker) thank you in advance.

Yes. I suggest you use a cover letter to explain your case as it is not a standard one.

thank you for your answer,which I thought about it but i still have to fill the application form(Q part 2.4)

Enclosed please find the completed form and necessary documentation in support of my AN application
The form and documentation for the application have been arranged per the order on the respective document check-list.I have ensured that all the available supporting documents have been included in this package.i retained my right of residence after divorce my formal spouse EEA Citizen after that i did apply and issued with PR status on 2012 (i provided the same documentation as my PR application ). I trust my AN application is otherwise complete.
I attached all the relevant documentation

For proof of cohabitation
The EEA National (former spouse)and my bank account statements
The EEA National (former spouse)and my joint bank account statements
Two tenancy agreement covering the whole period of marriage
both medical card
Tax return letters
For proof of the EEA National (former spouse) exercising her treaty right
P'60s covering all the period of marriage
Pay slips covering all the period of initiation divorce till degree absolute was granted
Employee letter covering period of marriage
For proof of me exercising treaty right after divorce
Employee letter
Pay slips
P'60 covering all the period after divorce
For proof of termination of marriage
Petition of divorce
Degree nisi
Degree absolute

I would list key dates in the cover letter. For example:

I have obtained Permanent Reaidence under the EEA regulations in February 2012 after completing 5 years of residence. This period includes:
- 3.5 years (February 2007-August 2010) as a family member of EEA national exercising treaty rights
- 1.5 years (August 2010- February 2012) following a divorce and retaining my rights according to the EEA regulations.

Please note that I have applied for Confirmation of my PR status in February 2012, however due to the backlog in processing applications, the European team in UKBA only issued the confirmation in September 2012. Please find the confirmation attached as well as the same evidence (covering Feb 2007-Feb 2012) which was submitted to support that application.
