Hi I'm new to this

I really need some help!! My boyfriend is from Albania and is not allowed to work in the UK but is legal in the UK

My parents disapprove of him because of this what can I do???? How can he get a work permit

I have split your post off to its own topic, as what you posted was nothing to do with the subject matter of where you posted.

How can he get a work permit
Probably with great difficulty. Does he possess any particular qualifications or skills? If yes, what?

He does not have a visa he's been applying for one for many years but no luck

He has paper documents to live here. The home office know about him living here legally

If you want advice you need to be clearer. Does he have any form of leave to remain in the UK issued for example in the form of a residence permit. If so under what category? If not what do you mean by 'paper documents to live here'? Do you mean he has been issued a piece of paper which states he has temporary admission?
