Urgent -Tier-1 (G) extn -Previous Earnings query

All,
My Tier-1 (G) visa is valid from Mar-11 till Mar-13.
I need to apply for Visa extension.I came to UK on 10th Mar 12 .
Can I include my Indian salary (Jan-12,Feb-12) along with UK salary for Previous Earnings?
Would there be any uplifting factor for the Indian salary ?
Please confirm ASAP.

Kindly forward me sample declaration formats as well
