Invoices query

Hi there
I am applying my t1 general ext next week. I am taking income through two sources.
1- as director of ltd company
2-through employment (I am working as employee in some other company not my own ltd company)
My query is - do I need to send invoices with dividend vouchers to ukba or just the dividend vouchers will be enough.
