Tier 1 General Extension along with 2 Dependents

hi everyone
i am sending my tier 1 general extension along with two dependents i have a question since i am sending all togather what postal address should i send on the main applicant one? or should i send main applicant separate and dependents separates but in this case i would need two sets of banks statements pls urgent reply is requested Thanks in advance..

You don't need to send separate bank statements for the dependents...I have applied it in past in this way and I was successfully granted visa....you and your dependents need to apply together if you want to avoid extra cost..refer to below URL for more details

Birth certificate,600£ maintenance fund for 90 days

Thanx and i have a bit confusion i dont know what box to tick for fees of my dependents one is for £750 and other one is bit less for transitional agreement and its not first time i am applying for my dependent visa its a extension mine and my two dependents
