ILR - spouse & child

Post by kesav123 » Wed Jan 02, 2013 10:41 am

Hi Forum, My ILR is due by 9th April 2013. (HSMP - 2 year , Tier1 3 years)

My spouse came to UK on Tier 1 dependent visa on 3rd July 2011 - due to expire on 9th April 2013. (she will be short of 3 months for 2 years ILR eligibility) so her only option would be FLR ? should we both apply separate applications or there is any option to submit them together ?

We both have passed Life in uk exam but dose my spouse require to take any other english exam ?

Expecting baby in Feb 2013 - Can I register my child for BC while applying for my ILR or have to apply after getting ILR ?

Many Thanks for any responses,
