We're going through a solicitor, so I would imagine she did the paperwork correctly. Is this something I need to be worried about? How quickly can they apply for a certificate? I am going to contact the solicitor, but she takes ages to respond and I am not sure whether I should be freaking out or not.The maximum number of Tier 2 (General) unrestricted certificates of sponsorship (CoS) you can issue is zero (0).
My employer applied for an increase in mid-December. It took 2 weeks for them to be given an increased allocation of unrestricted CoS.....
