Subject Access Request

Post by newbie.scott » Wed Jan 02, 2013 12:06 pm

Friends

I requested my SAR report in October 2012. I did not revive any acknowledgement from UKBA. So later in November, I made another request. This time UKBA rejected my second request saying they are already dealing with my first SAR request, which is great, but now, its been more than 3 months and again no response from UKBA. Is there anything I should be doing to get my SAR ASAP? Should i make a complaint as mentioned here: http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/navig ... onal-data/

Thanks for your advice in advance..
