Hi,
I have been on a Tier 2 visa since April 2010. I am now changing employers, so applying for a new tier 2 within UK.
My date of resignation at the current job will be 7/1/2013 and date of joining at new place will be 14/1/2013.
However my current employers last paid me on 14/12/2012. They will not be paying me for my last days of work ( 15/12/2012-7/1/2013).
Will this gap in employment of 7 days and gap in being paid of 24 days be a problem when counting the 5 years towards my ILR which should be due in 2015.
