Tier 2 ICT extension

Hi,

I am currently on a tier 2 ICT visa(established staff) which was issued in Feb 2011. From what I have read, I can extend for another 2 years.

What will happen after the total 5 year period? Can I extend again as the visa was issued before April 2011? or should I leave the UK?

From UKBA tier2 guidance pdf: You are allowed to extend as long as your company wants.
