Maintenance fund for dependant Tier1 applying outside UK

Dear friends,
I have reached UK 12th June 2011 and stayed in more than 12 months. I have renewed my visa on 19th Dec 2012. Even though I had stayed in UK more than 12 months, I had taken a break of 3 weeks and been outside UK. Now, In order to apply Tier 1 dependant visa for my wife and my child who are staying outside UK. what would be the maintenance fund that i need to hold?

1. Dependents of Tier 1 applicants who have been in the UK for less than 12 months is 1800 pound. each
2. Dependents of Tier 1 applicants - all other applications is 600 Pounds each

am I belong to catagory 1 and maintain 1800 pounds for each dependant just because i had a break in 12 months stay. or do i have to maintain 600 Pounds.
It would be great help, if any one clarify my doubt?
