Guru's please advice Visit Visa for son

Hi,

I am on ILR

Need to sponsor my son for a visit, he is 8 months old and will return after few month of stay with me.

Which visit visa I need to apply
1) Child visitor
2)Family visitor
3) General visitor

Also what documents I need to provide and do I have to send the sponsership letter as well as per Ukba format.

Just checked the link and it says family visitor, but how can he produce financial evidence as he is just 8 months old.
