Tier 2 ICT Extension

I am on Tier 2 ICT migration and the visa was granted on 08/01/2010 till 28/01/2013. I came into the country using this visa on April 09 2010 (ie. after 92 days post its grant). I went for my extension using PEO with my company COS was till 02/01/2016, I got the visa granted till 02/01/2015 only as the case officer said she can do only 2 years.

My questions.

1. Can I apply for ILR post 02/01/2015 or 28 days before expiry i.e in Dec 2014. Will I qualify?

2. If I am short of 5 years full stay in the country and may not be eligible for ILR , can I get another ICT extension till I become eligible for ILR or the rule of 5 years max for ICT be applied in which I would have available the terms already.

3. I have only traveled outside UK either on employment or paid annual leaves, so If I get a letter from the employer, these absences will not be considered in the 180 days calculation - am I correct?

4. Will my initial 92 days of not using the leave that has been granted impact my ILR?

5. Will my initial 92 days of not using the leave be considered for the 180 days absence calculation?
