OCI Collection

For OCI collection, one has to submit documents between 0830 to 1200 hrs. If I reach there at 11:00am or later (before 1200), can I still submit the documents and get a token (for collection of OCI card & passport after 4:30pm)

Any feedback will be appreciated.
