Advice pls

Pls am sorry let me brake it 1 by 1
1 I married in 5.07.09 wife start work
September 09 loose work 18.12.09
Apply for JObs soccer allowance and
Housing benefit 12.09 in another adress
And I receive letter in my address that
My wife apply for jsa and housing benefit but
She have to pay it back now and or so
We have approve her JSA too
But my problem now is

1, she did not work for 3month before I get my rc
2, she have apply for housing benefit with another address
As single when we her still married
3 they ask her to return the money which she have started do so
I hope all this things is not goin to afect me when I want to
