OCI application acknowledgement not received

Hi all

I had sent my OCI application by post 24.11.12 to hci London but haven't received any acknowledgement. I had sent it by special delivery and know from Royal Mail tracking that it was received on 27.11.12. As I don't have acknowledgement number I can't check it's progress online. I had sent an email to hci on 18.12.12 inquiring about it but didn't get any reply. Any advice please?
