Regarding high cost area allowance in my pay

Hi,

I will be applying for tier-1 general extension in may 2013. I have a query regarding salary. I receive an amount of pay as fixed salary and 15% extra amount as high cost area allowance. Does this high cost area allowance will be calculated as my salary or not? My pay slip shows net amount which includes basic pay and high cost allowance.

If it's part of your remuneration package, it will be accepted. See para 102 of the policy guidance.
