help needed for using eea2 application form for RC.

Dear friends,
I am a non EU member married to a Romanian working with work contract, house contract and national insurance number, i got into the UK with a code 1A visa and i made the residence applicaton with the EEA2 application, and i just read on this forum some where that i was suppose to use the BR5 or so. Can some one tell me or share with me what will be the out come of such. Please.

Most likely result will be that your documents will be returned to you with the reason to use correct form that will be completely your waste of time. And that time will never be adjusted in your new application processing time that is usually 6 months.

It is wrong that UKBA is requiring certain application for certain type of EEA national. Other than the legal restriction they can adopt in regards to their job market, the position of a Romanian Self-Employed person, or Student or Self- Sufficient, is very similar to that of a Dutch or French.
I see no justifiable reasons, for different application to be required, when both are covered by the 2006 Regulation.

Please dear Obie,
What i want to know is, if my application, using the eea2 application for will not be processed for RC (my partner is a Romanian and has registration certificate which is what Romanians need to be allow to work in the UK) or what would you say on my situation. I send the all the documents requested on the form, i.e, both passports, work contrack, marriage certificate, house contract and two recent payslips with my partners national insurance number on it. Please i realy need help.
